MockExam Terms of Use

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using MockExam. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the website, mobile experience, or any of the services offered.

1. Overview of the Service

MockExam is an online platform that provides AI-powered mock examinations, practice quizzes, performance analytics, and related learning tools primarily for Philippine exams (such as Civil Service, LET, driving exams, and professional board licensure tests). MockExam is intended to support your review; it does not guarantee that you will pass any official exam.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MockExam, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy).
• Agree that MockExam may update these terms from time to time, and that continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

To access certain features, you must create an account and, for paid plans, maintain an active subscription.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Subscription plans (Free, Pro, Premium) and their prices are displayed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., PayMongo). MockExam does not store your full payment card details.
• Access to paid features is granted for the duration of your active subscription. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to those features may be limited or removed.

4. Use of Mock Exams & Content

All mock exam questions, explanations, analytics, and other content provided through MockExam are for personal learning and review purposes only.

• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share MockExam content without written permission.
• Questions and explanations are based on typical coverage and formats but are not official items from any government agency or professional board.
• MockExam makes a reasonable effort to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness, correctness, or alignment with future exam changes.

5. AI-Generated Explanations & Feedback

MockExam uses AI to generate explanations, tips, and additional practice questions based on your answers.

• AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors or outdated information.
• You should treat AI explanations as learning aids, not as official exam keys or professional advice.
• You remain responsible for double-checking answers using trusted references, textbooks, or official materials.

6. Academic Integrity & Fair Use

MockExam is designed to support honest learning and preparation.

• You may not use MockExam during any actual exam, official test, or situation where external assistance is prohibited.
• You may not use MockExam to obtain or distribute real exam questions that are confidential or restricted.
• Any attempt to cheat, misuse the system, or violate exam rules is strictly your responsibility and may result in account suspension or termination.

7. User Responsibilities

When using MockExam, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and managing your profile.
• Use the platform in a respectful way, without harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users or staff.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to MockExam systems or data.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect certain information to operate and improve the service, including exam results, usage patterns, and basic account details. How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using MockExam, you consent to this data processing as described in that policy.

9. Service Availability & Changes

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

• MockExam may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control.
• We may modify, add, or remove features at any time to improve the platform or reflect changes in exams.
• We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockExam and its owners are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the platform.
• Any exam results, including failure to pass official exams, even if you used MockExam regularly.
• Any loss of data, content, or opportunities resulting from system outages or errors.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of MockExam after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
